1 General Provisions and Definitions

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. fd77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from theft of a password or login details, or from unauthorised use.

3.1 Password Protection

• Passwords must be at least eight characters long and should contain numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Sharing your password with any third party is prohibited.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

A member may not transfer, sell, or rent their account to any other person. If this rule is violated, both parties' accounts will be closed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure Request by the Member
